Common Legal and Policy Questions

These are the questions we receive most often about our terms, your data rights and how to take action if something needs to change. Each answer reflects our current policy as documented in the full terms available on this page.

The complete terms of use are published on this page and updated whenever a change is made. A revision date at the foot of each document shows you when the current version was last amended, so you always know you are reading the latest version.

Email our legal desk from the address registered to your account, clearly stating that you are making a data-access request. We will compile and send a summary of held data within the timeframe required by applicable law, usually within 30 days.

Yes. Once your account is closed and any outstanding balances are settled, you may submit a deletion request. Data we are legally required to retain for financial regulation compliance will be archived and not used operationally; everything else is removed.

We share data only with partners necessary to operate the platform — payment processors handling UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions, and identity-verification services. We do not sell personal data or pass it to advertisers.

Raise a formal dispute in writing via our legal email desk or by registered post, including your account reference and the specific decision you are contesting. We acknowledge disputes within one business day and aim to resolve them within seven.

We post the revised terms on this page with a clear revision date. We also send a notification to the email address on your account. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date means you have accepted the updated terms.

Access depends on whether local law in your state or territory permits participation. It is your responsibility to confirm eligibility under the laws applicable to you. Where local law does not permit access, the platform is not available to you.
